Perhaps adding the chocolate and espresso made this the pie to end all pies – I thought it was really good, though.

Graham cracker pie crusts so delicious. I wasn’t sure if this wet, sticky filling would work with a graham cracker crust, but now I see that it obviously works beautifully. I have to try this again with the espresso, cinnamon, and chocolate. Your pie looks gorgeous.

That last photo looks divine! Yep, makes me want to make these again! I do do/drink/buy coffee, so I’ll have to skip that, but you’re really making me want to try it with the cinnamon now!
