For starters, they came out tiny and didn't spread nearly as much as I thought they would. And they stayed soft, kind of chewy even though the edges were crisp brown. Still yummy but I thought they would be overpowered by the filling. Your post makes me wish I had made the mint chocolate filly anyway!
