What a fun post to read. Your comment about Passover = nothing good to eat cracked me up. And also, I was totally convinced that amaretti were biscotti too (without any evidence to back me up) until I googled them!

I was thinking about making this for Passover dinner for my boyfriend’s family but I wasn’t sure if it was allowed (I’m Catholic and this is only my second passover!) I am so glad it is, because I will surely make this next year! The cake is great! And yours looks delicious!
