My youngest (15) son and I just played with the remaining sugar. I think that was the most fun of all, short of the creme anglaise. yummo. I think your islands look beautiful. Its is a trick to get them looking "pretty." Did you love how they puffed up when poaching? That just cracked me up. Anyway, we survived another TWD and learned something new. Woo Hoo.
