Ohhh I’m definitely going to have to try this with the Ginger Preserves!! What a fantastic idea – Yuuuuummy! You can also whip up some cream and dollop that to side for a rich side as well.

I want some ginger preserves! It looks amazing with the cake. But hmm, so does the yogurt. So, one of each, please! We loved this cake. I thought the cardamom and zest put it into another league, so you might give it a whirl next time.
